The painting and remedial works is nearing completion and I thought you should know how impressed I have been withthe entire job.

Firstly the co-ordination with the job has been exceptional; Tony’s team has completed each building without causing any disturbance to the occupants ensuring that the sometimes challenging access was managed with ease.

The render repairs and painting from beginning to end have been completed to a professionally high standard.

All trades people were punctual, friendly and polite. Nothing appears to have been a problem for your team and everyone involved in this large project has exceeded our expectations.

It was with some trepidation that we embarked on the repainting of our Strata Block. The responsibility of spending a considerable amount of ourSinking Fund and getting it right first time weighed heavily on me.

By way of background our Strata Block is a somewhat unique design with lots of complex wooden trim (Planter Boxes, Balconies, Concrete Form work, Window Trim, etc.) and all residents wanted and expected a first class painting job.

I am pleased to tell you that Paint Pro did an excellent job. The cost of the painting was very competitive and the standard of painting excellent. Project - difficult painting job and difficult access 

Totally Professional, Co-operative & Reliable

We engaged easyTrades to tackle a very difficult job in the repainting of the metal balcony awning frames of our five level apartment building. Access was extremely difficult and a two pack Dulux painting system had been specified.

The professional and co-operative attitude of easyTrades site manager and especially the site foreman Sam was everdent from the very first day and appreciated by all residents in the complex. EasyTrades were on site for three weeks and in that time we did not have one complaint from any of the 27 apartments.

All tools and equipment were left in the allocated areas every day and all rubbish and dirty materials were removed from site.

An inspection was carried out at the completion of the end of the job and NIL defects/omitted works were identified.
